So, you have signed up for your free trial! What do you need to do next?
There are a couple of things that you’ll want to do to ensure that you make the most of your 14 days.
Gather a List of All Your Members
In order to create your first group and add members to that group, you’ll need to have your members’ names, phone numbers and email addresses to send them a message. This can be a physical list or an electronic list. If you have a physical list you’ll enter your members manually into your group. An electronic list will need to be in the form of an Excel spreadsheet. This would allow you to quickly import all of your members at once. For detailed instructions for adding your members click here.
Write a Script
Go ahead and write down what you want to say to your members. Here’s a sample message to help you get started: “Hi, everyone! I’m trying out CallingPost. CallingPost will help us get information to you quickly and easily. We can send phone, text and email messages. So get ready to hear more from your favorite organization!”
Send Your First Message
With your group created and your script ready, it’s time to send your message.
Is it easy! You bet! You’re just one click away from sending your first message. Simply click on the Send Message tab at the top of your page, and your phone, text or email message will be sent instantly to your members.
View Your Results
Once your message has been sent you can click on the Results page to view the list of the members and how they received your message. Message Results will let you know if your message went to a voicemail, when your email message was opened, the time your text was sent and much, much more.
